Refunds and Cancellation

These conditions outline the rules and regulations for the refunds and cancellation of services at Nerobyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s Website, located at https://nerobyte.com.

We offer a hassle-free cancellation of one week on product plans. i.e. No questions asked for this period, if you are not satisfied with the end product, you will be refunded in full via the same mode of payment.

The condition DOES NOT apply to any customization or any Add-on Services.

Furthermore, Given the nature of digital content, a refund is VOIDED once backend access has been granted.

Any further requests for refund will be assessed on their merits, considering the digital nature of Nerobyte’s items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

• you have changed your mind about an item;
• you bought an item by mistake;
• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item; or
• you ask for goodwill;

If the request is approved, a refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 – 10 working days.
